With a talent for turning big challenges into simple solutions, she inspires focus and clarity in everything she does. Rae’s thoughtful leadership extends beyond strategy—she’s the one who reminds everyone to stay kind and grounded, ensuring the team never loses sight of what truly matters. 

 Meet Sophie, the in-house therapist of the MyLifeCatcher team. Sophie takes her role very seriously, though she hasn’t quite figured out the office dress code. Whether offering a comforting paw or simply being her lovable self, Sophie keeps the team grounded, reminding us all to take a breath and enjoy the moment. When she’s not "on duty", you can find her napping or trying to figure how to open the treat drawer. 

Shannon brings her holistic nutrition know-how to the MyLifeCatcher team along with a love for real food, doable wellness, and the occasional kitchen shortcut. She runs her own practice, The Wholesome Pantry, but we’re lucky to count her as part of our extended crew.

She’s thoughtful, encouraging, and never going to judge you for hiding veggies in a muffin - or forgetting what a legume is. Around here, she’s our go-to for nutrition advice that actually fits real life - not just the perfect version in cookbooks.

Matt is the steady hand (and lightning-fast brain) behind the MLC platform. He leads the design and development of the app and every tap, swipe, and “how did it know that?” moment has his fingerprints on it.

He works with our friends at memoryKPR, but around here, Matt’s just the BOM (Brains of MyLifeCatcher). Thoughtful, focused, and quietly brilliant, he’s often fixing things no one else even knew needed fixing. We’re lucky to have him as part of the team, even if he’s too humble to admit just how much he makes possible.

Margot comes to us from the land down under, where being friendly, capable, and unflappable is pretty much second nature. She’s the teammate who quietly keeps things on track, answers questions with a smile, and wouldn’t dream of raising an eyebrow at that pile of laundry or forgotten lunch.

She’s always here for a helping hand, a gentle nudge, or the occasional “no worries, mate” when life gets messy - as it does.

Liam joined the team straight from Australia and hasn’t looked back (or is that down?). He’s steady, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand - without a hint of fuss. You’ll never hear him whinge, even if you ask the same question twice or serve cereal for dinner three nights in a row.

Calm under pressure, quick on the draw, and never one to judge, Liam’s the kind of teammate who’s always got your back... and probably your schedule, too.
