PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE USE IT

We collect personal information directly from you when you fill out forms, register for our Platform, contact us, participate in community discussions, or otherwise engage with the service.

If you choose not to provide personal information, we may be unable to provide certain services.

We may also receive information about you from other users, third-party platforms, or services we integrate with (such as payment providers or analytics partners).

Here’s how we use the information:

• Contact details (like your name, email, phone number, IP address, etc.) are used to communicate with you, provide Platform features, respond to inquiries, and send marketing messages. This is done based on our legitimate interests or our contract with you.
• Email account credentials may be collected if you import contacts to invite them to MLC. This is used solely to perform that function and is based on the contract between us.
• Correspondence and feedback (e.g., via email or customer service calls) is used to respond to your concerns. This is part of our legitimate interest to communicate and resolve issues.
• Payment information (credit card data, credit checks) is used to process transactions and prevent fraud. This is required to perform our contract with you and to protect against fraud.
• Recruiting  details (like resumes or LinkedIn profiles) are used to evaluate candidates for roles. This is based on our legitimate interest in hiring.
• All collected personal data may be used to operate, troubleshoot, improve,  and secure the Platform, as well as to analyze and develop new products or services.

We also automatically collect:

• Usage information (like how you found our site, which devices you use, and what features you engage with) to improve our services, generate leads, and personalize content. This processing is based on legitimate interests.
• Device information (such as device type, browser, IP address, and network  provider) is used to display the Platform properly, ensure compatibility, and improve performance. This is done to fulfill our contract with you and based on our legitimate interests.

Sometimes, we combine or anonymize this data to improve services or for research and analysis. Anonymized data may be shared.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We don’t sell or rent your information. We may share it with:

• Our subsidiaries or affiliates.
• Service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools, customer service vendors).

STORING AND TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Although no system is 100% secure, we use best practices to protect your data. Transmission is at your own risk, but once received, we apply strong security measures.
